Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all items purchased on our online store, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to guarantee a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn BIRKENSTOCK products back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS or FedEx location as specified on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
