How do I know which footbed width to choose?

BIRKENSTOCK offers two widths: Regular and Narrow. Most people with standard-width feet find the 'Narrow' fit to be the best fit for our sandals, while those with wider feet or a high arch should opt for 'Regular'.

What is the return policy for online orders?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Can I wash my BIRKENSTOCK sandals?

We do not recommend submerging your sandals in water. To clean the suede or leather, use a specialized brush or damp cloth. For the footbed, apply a mild soap and water solution with a soft brush, then air dry away from direct sunlight.

Are BIRKENSTOCK products vegan?

While many of our classic styles are made from leather, we offer a dedicated 'Vegan' collection that uses no animal-based materials, featuring synthetic uppers like Birko-Flor and microfiber linings.
